The anchor publication
Already Whole
We do not fix what is broken. We remember what is whole.
Already Whole is the book at the centre of Subtle Being — the place the whole brand returns to. It gathers two decades of contemplative practice and hands-on bodywork into a single, quiet argument: that healing is less a matter of repair than of remembering what was never actually lost.
The premise, in one paragraph
We are taught to approach ourselves as a problem to be solved — a body to be corrected, a mind to be fixed. Already Whole begins somewhere else: with the possibility that beneath the tension, the noise, and the striving, something in us is already intact. The work, then, is not to build wholeness but to remember it — through breath, attention, movement, and the patient return to the present that contemplative practice and hands-on bodywork both teach.
