What I can help with
Where does it hurt?
Chiropractic care in the UK is focused on the musculoskeletal system. If you’re not sure whether yours is a fit, start with a free call and I’ll point you in the right direction.
Back & lower back
Neck & head
Shoulder & arm
Hip, knee & foot
General & whole body
Your first visit
Everything in one visit.
Ninety minutes, and you leave knowing what’s going on. You might be a bit achey afterwards — that’s common and it settles. Most people still say they walk out feeling more like themselves than when they walked in.
We talk
When it started, what makes it worse, what you've already tried, and what you're actually trying to get back to doing. That last question matters more than most people expect.
I examine
Not just the painful bit. Movement, joint function, soft tissue, and how the whole chain is loading — because the loud part is rarely the only part.
I tell you what I found
Diagnosis, in plain language, on the day. No going away to prepare a report. No second appointment to hear it.
We treat, and you leave with a plan
Hands-on work if it's appropriate, then something specific and realistic to do at home — because that's where most of the progress actually happens.
The difference
Time is the whole thing.
Long enough to examine properly, treat properly, and explain what I found.
Dual-qualified in chiropractic and sports therapy, so one session can move between adjustment, soft tissue and myofascial work, stretching and movement retraining. I don’t have to force your problem to fit one method.

How care works
My job is always the same. Helping.
Care moves through three phases. They aren’t fixed lengths — we reassess at the start of every session and move on when you’re ready, not when a plan says so.
Phase one
Relief & Reset
Helping you bring the pain levels down and calm what's overactive — so your body has room to settle and you can start moving again without bracing against it.
Phase two
Restore & Rebuild
Helping you learn the exercises and movements that rebuild your capacity and reactivate what's gone quiet — and your confidence along with it, so you can move and load your body without bracing for something to go wrong.
Phase three
Maintain & Thrive
Helping you understand your own body — so you can maintain what you've built, keep building on it, and know what to do when something changes.
The better I do that, the less you need me.
What you can expect
You’ll always know where you stand.
Time, every visit
Ninety minutes for your first appointment, thirty for every one after. Long enough to examine properly, treat properly, and talk it through.
An honest picture
You're told what I'm finding as I find it, in plain language. If something needs a GP, a scan or a specialist, I'll say so and refer you on.
Care that fits where you are
We reassess at the start of every session, and the plan follows what your body is actually doing — not a schedule set on day one.
Flexibility if things change
If you've bought a bundle and you're better before you've used it, you get the balance back.

The questions people actually ask.
The aim is that you need me less.
Good hands-on care should make you more capable of looking after yourself, not more reliant on someone else. Start with a call — it’s free, it’s fifteen minutes, and you’ll know straight away whether this is the right place.
