At Subtle Being, we've developed an integrative approach that brings together breathwork, somatic awareness, and soft-tissue release to support lasting change, not just temporary relief. We call it the Exhale Release Technique™.

It works by synchronising breath, parasympathetic activation, and hands-on tissue manipulation to facilitate deep nervous system recalibration and tension release.
