Refund policy

At Subtle Being, we value your time as well as the time of our massage therapists.

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with sufficient notice (24 hours) to accommodate our massage therapists need to make a living and our other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

All cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged at 50%of your booking fee. 
Missed or unattended appointments will not be refunded.

Please note that the cancellation and missed appointment fees are necessary to help us cover the costs associated with scheduling and preparing for each appointment and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
